Tower Tidings - Week of May 13, 2018

Mother's Day Celebration - May 13

This Sunday in worship we'll be celebrating all of our Moms, with special music from our Sanctuary Choir, and at our 10:00a service with additional music from Clarion Kids Community Choir, and That Tune 4 Him Youth Bell Choir. Come and let us celebrate together!

Pentecost - Sunday, May 20

The Deacons are excited to announce an additional function for our annual Deacons’ Fund Drive this Pentecost (May 20). As you know, the purpose of the Deacons’ Fund is primarily for confidential aid to people in our church in financial need, and this year we are fulfilling another important purpose, that of providing financial support to our student under our church care in preparation for ordained ministry: Julio Batta, who will be pursuing ordination under our Congregationalist tradition and beginning work on a Master of Divinity degree this fall. You may bring your contribution on Pentecost Sunday, May 20, for the collection plate, or mail it to our church office, and designate your gift to either benevolence or seminary education, or simply trust the Deacons to distribute your gifts where the need is greatest.
